Sort and Prepare Food Donations at EFFA
Join us for Rotary’s EPIC Day of Service as we volunteer at the food bank at the Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) in Boulder. Volunteers will help sort, inspect, and organize approximately 20,000 pounds of donated food to prepare it for distribution to local families experiencing food insecurity.
This project supports EFAA’s mission to provide food, housing stabilization, and other essential services to individuals and families in the Boulder community. By helping process these donations, volunteers will play a direct role in ensuring that nutritious food reaches households that need it most.
No prior experience is required. Volunteers should be comfortable standing, lifting light to moderate boxes, and working as part of a team.
