Package groceries into 4 bags per family to make Saturday’s event more efficient

Traffic setup (03:00 PM - 05:00 PM) Min age: Between 13 and 17 6 volunteer spots remaining

Set up traffic cones for cars and delivery vehicles to ensure smooth operations on Saturday.

Loading delivery vehicles (08:30 AM - 10:00 AM) Min age: Under 12 10 volunteer spots remaining

Run grocery carts full of pre-packed bags from the food pantry to delivery vehicles and then individual car pickup.

Delivery drivers (08:45 AM - 10:00 AM) Min age: Over 18 8 volunteer spots remaining

Deliver food bank groceries to up to 4 families per volunteer driver. Deliveries are assigned by geographic areas in advance. Drivers go through the food pantry line at 8:45AM and food runners pack their cars. Drivers (and often a sidekick) head out to delivery locations, with a call or text to recipients to give them an ETA. Drivers ensure recipients have received the delivery and then move on to the next.

Full Project (12:00 PM - 11:00 AM) Min age: Over 18 Unlimited volunteer spots remaining

Volunteers may be working on the full project from start to finish.
