Books are Wings
Project of Scituate Rhode Island
Bring your used books to the Scituate Rotary Farmers Market, accepting both children and adult books. You can also swap a book. Volunteers will be needed to sort books. All books will be donated to Books Are Wings, Chilhedren's books will be donated to to Books are Wings who will donate to children.
Children may participate in a young authors program - they will be given a book to take home and write and illustrate, and will bring their book back to the market for a young authors day, where they will display their book and read it.
