CARC Fitness and Wellness

Our club will be mapping out a mile route for walking for the residents of CARC.  Using a large stencil, we will paint along the path to mark the way for a mile walking path.  The residents will be given a pedometer to track there steps as well.  Benches will be installed for rest along the route as well.
