Fun Day with SVSG kids, sharing joy and care today
As part of the Rotary Epic Day of Service, our club will host a special Fun Day for children supported by the Samoa Victim Support Group (SVSG). This initiative aims to create a joyful, safe, and engaging environment where children can relax, play, and build positive connections with Rotarians.
Club members will spend the entire day with the children, organising a variety of games, team-building activities, and interactive sessions designed to promote laughter, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Activities will include outdoor games, creative play, and group challenges tailored to different age groups.
Beyond entertainment, the project focuses on meaningful engagement—giving children the opportunity to experience care, encouragement, and companionship from positive role models in the community.
Objectives:
- Provide a fun and memorable day for SVSG children
- Foster positive social interaction and emotional well-being
- Strengthen community ties between Rotary and SVSG
- Demonstrate Rotary’s commitment to service and youth support
Expected Impact:
The project will uplift the spirits of participating children, offering them a day of happiness and connection while reinforcing Rotary’s role in supporting vulnerable communities.
