Grandparents for Grandchildren Garden

Club members and volunteers will be carrying out maintenance and making new plantings in the Wetland Garden at Otaihanga Domain, Paraparaumu. The Wetland was cleared and replanted with native plants by Kapiti Rotary and others in 2005 to celebrate 100 years of Rotary International and has been maintained regularly. Recent flooding events and drainage work by the local council has meant that the area is in need of a comprehensive working bee.
