Join the Rotary Club of Winnipeg-Transcona for a rewarding three-hour community cleanup at the Rotary Prairie Nature Park as part of the Rotary Epic Day of Service and Transcona Biz Cleanup Day. This special park—funded by our Rotary club—is a rare remnant of Manitoba’s native tallgrass prairie, an endangered ecosystem that protects local wildlife, pollinators, and our shared natural heritage. Unfortunately, some litter has found its way into this beautiful space, and we’re coming together to restore the park to its pristine condition. Whether you can stay for an hour or the full three, your help will make a visible difference. Come out, meet your neighbours, and be part of something meaningful as we care for a unique community treasure.
