Jazz at The Pines
Jazz concert under the Pines at Roughley House (656a Old Northern Rd., Dural, NSW) featuring the Mulgoa Road Jazz Band.
Despite annoying, scattered showers all week, a poor weather forecast and a misty, overcast morning sky, a good turnout of jazz enthusiasts turned up to enjoy a wonderful afternoon of great Jazz from the Mulgoa Road Jazz Band.
Band leader, Adrian Sheen (trombone); Al Davey (trumpet); Janos Horvath (piano); Robbie Mann (clarinet); Dave Clayton (bass); Baz Kliche (drums) and Guest vocalist, Billy Gale combined to perform a great selection of traditional favourites. We were also entertained with cameo performances by: Annabel Sheen (clarinet) and Yezka Habitas (vocals). We were all there until the last number.
Thank you to all who helped make it happen and all the “Jazz at The Pines” supporters.
